We want you to be happy with your sofa. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days.

Return window

You can return any sofa within 30 days of delivery.

Free returns, no restocking fee

• You do not pay for return shipping. We arrange and pay for the return shipment.
• There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the sofa you want to return.
2. We will confirm the return and arrange the return shipment with you.
3. Please keep the sofa ready for collection and let us know of any access details the carrier will need.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned sofa, we process your refund within 10 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your sofa arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos, so we can put it right.
